I wrote this song shortly after arriving into B.C following a tour around the country playing music. I was in a rough head space at the time and was also taking random skytrains around Vancouver in order to better associate myself with my new surroundings. Relationships can hurt. As the song progresses toward the end, the tone changes and drops into a happier breakdown at the end. This was to help signify that only time will heal all wounds. What feels like the end of the world at the beginning, can turn into a learning experience and a good life lesson after time.
